Refund Policy

At Vanalok Foundation, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our financial transactions. As a not-for-profit organization, we strive to ensure that all contributions, event fees, and purchases are used effectively to support our mission. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue refunds.

1. Donations

All donations made to Vanalok Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or in an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if a membership was purchased in error, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 30 business days and issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
